The [pii_email_43c83de53764e6e76e65] is a new book from Mind Body Media (www.mindbodymedia.com) that I can’t recommend highly enough. These are some of the first books I’ve read that I felt were helpful in helping me become more self-aware.
It’s a big step of self-awareness, but it’s also a step to self disclosure, which is so very important when it comes to issues such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and so on. It’s also a step to being able to recognize your own faults and weaknesses and learn from them. All of these steps are things that most people can do, but we have to remember that not everyone can do all of them.
