“It is very easy to be complacent; we cannot avoid the negative side of life. With that said, the thing that can make a person feel less happy is to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
When we find ourselves in a bad situation in life, we get defensive, and this causes a whole host of negative feelings to arise. We feel helpless because we can’t change things, but also because we can’t change ourselves either. There isn’t a way to “fix” the situation because the only thing we can change is the way we react to it.
As a way to combat negative feelings, many people use a strategy called “negative reframing.” The idea here is to reframe your feelings and think about them in a different way. Instead of being upset about something bad happening to you, imagine that something good will happen to you. This way you can feel positive and hopeful about the situation instead of feeling helpless and hopeless.
We could do this by creating two separate lists and showing each option when a page hits the list of lists and pressing the cancel button when it’s actually not there. This way we can see if our feelings are in the right place, but if it’s not there, we can’t change the situation.
This is the idea behind the idea of “mental lists” that are used to help us better cope with life. Just like we can tell if we’re depressed by measuring how much we’re feeling inside, we can also tell if we’re depressed by using our mental lists.

Now, the idea of mental lists is used in a lot of different ways, but the common denominator is that they’re lists that help us deal with difficult situations. Like if you get in a fight and you get knocked out, a mental list will tell you how to get back up.
This is called “self-awareness” and it is the ability to see ourselves more clearly. But it is not the same as “self-awareness” as we used to understand it. To self-aware, we would have to be aware of our thoughts, feelings, and actions. To self-aware, we would have to be aware of our thoughts, feelings, and actions. Thats why this is really important to remember. Remember that all the time.
