This is one of those dishes that has always been on the menu of my mother. For some reason, I haven’t been able to find it in any of the supermarkets in Austin. I thought it was probably because there is a big store in Austin where they specialize in Asian foods but I can’t find it there. So, it is a mystery to me and I am always looking for something new.

I was worried it was bad because it was made from a cheap, cheap meatloaf, but I was wrong. The meatloaves are the most expensive meatloaf I’ve ever eaten. They cost over $7 each, but each one was the size of a large hamburger.
