I’ve been working with this home since 2014, and every time I look at it I see it as a new dream home. The property is beautifully designed, the views are spectacular, and the space is just perfect. I couldn’t be more excited about this home. The client has a huge yard, a separate pool, a gazebo, a stone-slash-garden, and a detached deck for entertaining.
I would have to say that the biggest hurdle to the home’s completion is its size. The house should be big enough to accommodate a family of 5, or so, and it will even be great for entertaining guests. The pool is an excellent place to take a dip, and the garden needs to be tended.
The tree that will go into the trees deck is one of the largest in the state, and it has to be felled. The deck needs to be mowed too, and the tree itself needs to be taken down. But that’s it. The yard needs to be fenced, and the stone, that was left in the house, needs to be hauled away. The gazebo needs to be completely gutted. But that’s it.
It sounds like a very nice place, especially for families. It sounds like its an ideal spot to stay in the summer. I see nothing here that can’t be done with a little ingenuity. I don’t know the cost of it, but I can imagine that it would be at least $1,000 to $2,000 a month. I think the only thing that a person would need to do to make it a home would be to do the housework.
For those who are interested in a high-end tree-planting community, there are several other developments planned for the area. Among these developments, The Stone House is the most extensive development, and could very well be the first. It’s being built out of the old gazebo area, and will be quite a nice getaway for people who really want to get away from the busy city life.
The first phase of Stone House, which will feature a 3,000-square-foot deck and a 3,000-square-foot pool area, is scheduled for completion in 2017. The second phase, which will feature a 4,500-square-foot deck, a 4,000-square-foot pool area, and a 2,500-square-foot spa, is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
Stone House is the latest in a long line of casino-style developments coming to Chicago, and its already the largest in the city. The gazebo area will be the largest in the city, and the largest single outdoor area of any casino in North America. Now that’s a first.
The next big thing in Chicago is the casino, and its going to be the biggest in the city. But the question is, how big? We can’t possibly know until the entire project is built, but we do know that the casino is going to be about 6,000 square feet bigger than the one in Las Vegas.
The casino itself is going to be a very large gazebo, which is what attracts the attention of the city’s largest outdoor activity. But its not just about the size. The gazebo will be a great place for people to sit and talk, and it will also be a great place for kids to play. And it will be a great location for the city to host concerts.
Our first big task is to work with the city to create the gazebo. As our client, the city has agreed to lease the space back to us and the entire gazebo will be fully furnished. Our job will be to design and build the gazebo with the help of our subcontractors, who will be working with our clients to ensure the gazebo is built properly.
